The nozzle is essentially a mechanical sprayer for liquids or gases. Are used for the fuel injector spray such as a fuel-stroke, also produce sputtering due to high fuel pressure (about one thousand atmospheres when using diesel fuel). The major component is an injector nozzle. It includes one or two channels. The first output is supplied to the second liquid to be sprayed - vapors, gases desired spraying the first fluid. The principle of operation of the diesel injectors

The fuel is fed under pressure directly into the annular chamber which is formed between Bldg. nebulizer and its needle. Under the pressure of the needle rises and compresses the spring, opens the spray nozzle through which fuel is injected into the cylinder itself. When the pressure drops the needle is lowered, the nozzle closes and stops the fuel injection. Pressure is controlled adjusting screw.
